If you are planning to get all dressed up and go out to celebrate the New Year you will want to look your best.  Here are some products that will help you look your best tomorrow night!

Eye Duo: Tom Ford | False Lashes: Esqido | Lash Glue (dark): Ardell  | Mascara: NARS

Eyes are always my focal point when I am doing my makeup for a night out.  Above are some products that will help you get gold glam ready for New Years Eve!  The first is a two-tier cream & powder eye shadow from Tom Ford; a bit pricey but I love it!  The next are false eye lashes; I don’t use false lashes often because I have blessed with long lashes, but I know not everyone is and these by Esqido come highly recommended by friends.  The ones pictures here are “Little Black Lash”. I also recommend using a dark colored glue vs standard white to help hide any imperfections from placing your lashes. The last is NARS Audacious Mascara.  I got this in either one of those monthly box subscriptions or it was a gift with purchase, either way, I absolutely love it! What I might love most about it is the brush, it holds up and works well to separate my lashes while I apply the mascara instead of pasting them together like other mascaras do.

Lipstick: Bobbi Brown | Lip Liner: Stila | Nail Polish: Julep

There are so many options when it comes to lips and nails.  You could choose to also go bold on your lips with a darker red shade like Bobbi Brown’s Deep Rich Red (left), or you could choose to do a more stubble pale pink or nude. Lip liner is always key when you are wearing lipstick, try this one from Stila for lips that will stay all day.   When it comes to nails, I don’t do my nails as often as I would like to, but when I do, I tend to always go for anything by Julep.  I have a TON of nail polish, but the Julep polish I find have the absolute best application and therefore ends up staying on the best.  I like their “Zelda – Bombshell” color (right) for the New Year.  To get a similar look at a more affordable price, try using the products below.

Eyeshadow: Revlon | False Lashes: Ardell | Lash Glue (dark): Ardell | Mascara: CoverGirl|Lipstick: NYX | Lip Liner: NYX  |Nail Polish: Essie

Shampoo & Conditioner: Matrix Biolage |Protect & Detangle Spray: Beauty Protector |

Leave-in Hair Protector: Chi |Curling Iron: Hot Tools  | Hair Spray: Aussie  *   Bobby Pins: Nordstrom

Top off your look with a great hairstyle.  I like curls for a night out, just seems a bit fancier than straight hair to me which is something I tend to lean towards on an everyday basis.  To get great volume to my curls I wash my hair with Biolage’s Volumebloom Shampoo & Conditioner.  It does an amazing job at giving my hair the volume it needs for curls so my hair doesn’t sit heavy on top.  After I am done towel drying my hair and  before I use my blowdryer (which I only do if I am in a time crunch otherwise I let it air dry), I spray Beauty Protector’s Protect & Detangle Spray (think of it of the adult version of Johnson & Johnson’s No More Tangles.  After my hair is dry before I begin curling my hair, I’ll put about a dime size (sometimes less) of Chi’s Silk Infusion on my palm rub it to the length of my hands and then through my hair (avoiding the roots).  This stuff is great at making your hair feel silky smooth!  In a pinch I use my Chi straightener to curl my hair but when I have time to sit down and curl my hair properly I like to use Hot Tools 1 1/2″ curling iron.  Finish off the look with a few sprays of hair spray like Aussie’s Instant Freeze Hair Spray, just use sparingly and make certain to keep a good distance from your head so you don’t get too much product on your hair!  And depending on the look you are going for, if you need bobby pins, I found these adorable rose gold ones by Hello Crush at Nordstrom!

New Years Eve is the one night a year you can go completely glam with your beauty look so don’t be afraid to try something new and bold (or gold)! Hope you have a fantastic & safe NYE!!
